Management

Agnes Schneider-Musah is the Academic Coordinator at the Merian Institute for Advanced Studies in Africa (MIASA), based on Legon campus at the University of Ghana. Her main responsibilities are the financial management of the core fund from the German government, the coordination of fellow selection and fellow support, as well as public relations. She is the first point of contact for fellows and workshop organisers in organizational and administrative matters.

Rebecca K. Adu is the Administrator of MIASA at University of Ghana. She is in charge of running the local administration of the institute. Rebecca Adu completed her Master’s degree in Management & Administration with the University of Ghana Business School.

George Amexo is the Event Manager at MIASA at University of Ghana. He supports the Academic Coordinator and MIASA’s consortium partners in organizing MIASA events at the University of Ghana. He holds an MSc. in International Development Studies from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, Ås.
