Daniel Wigmore-Shepherd is a researcher with a focus on political elites and the composition of cabinets in Africa. Daniel is the creator of the African Cabinet Political Elite Dataset (ACPED), and worked with his supervisor on the Armed Conflict Location Event Dataset (ACLED). Both projects were overseen by Professor Clionadh Raleigh at the University of Sussex.
